Remove from all packaging.
Place on a baking tray, cover loosely with foil.
20 minutes into cooking time, remove foil and cook for a further 38-40 minutes.
For crispier bacon, before glazing, place under a hot grill for 2-4 minutes.
Place on a serving plate and pour juices from the baking tray over to serve.
