Cod Loin wrapped in Streaky Bacon 550g


Cod (81%) (Cod (Fish) (95%), Water (as a protective ice glaze), Smoked Streaky Bacon (14%) (Pork, Salt, Spice Blend (Salt, Antioxidants: Sodium Ascorbate, Sodium Citrates; Anti-Caking Agent: Silicon Dioxide; Pepper Extract, Nutmeg Extract, Juniper Berries), Acidity Regulator: Potassium Lactate; Water, Preservatives: Sodium Acetates, Sodium Nitrite), Vegetable Oil And Parsley Dressing (3.5%) (Olive Oil, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Coconut Oil, Shea Oil, Dried Parsley).


Cooking Instructions:

Oven Frozen   Fan 180°C  Cook time: 58 min. - 60 min.

Remove from all packaging.

Place on a baking tray, cover loosely with foil.

20 minutes into cooking time, remove foil and cook for a further 38-40 minutes.

For crispier bacon, before glazing, place under a hot grill for 2-4 minutes.

Place on a serving plate and pour juices from the baking tray over to serve.
