NGREDIENTS:

Cod (Gadus Morhua) (Fish ) (42%), Fortified Wheat Flour [ Flour, Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin (B3), Thiamin (B1)], Potatoes (12%) Wheat Rapeseed Oil, Onions, Water, DurumWheat Semolina, Potato Flakes, Single Cream (Milk (2%) Lemon Juice from Concentrate, Wheat Starch, Wheat Gluten, Parsley, Butter Oil (Milk), Salt, Garlic Purée, Chives, Rice Flour, Yeast, White Pepper, Nutmeg, Colour (Paprika Extract)

Cooking instructions:
Remove all packaging. Place on a preheated baking tray in the centre of oven. (Time 30 mins, Oven: 200C) For fan assisted ovens reduce the temperature to 170C and cook for approximately 15 minutes. Turn halfway through/ cook until golden brown

Store Frozen below -18C. Once defrosted do not re-freeze Usage Instructions: Raw Product. Cook thoroughly before serving
